WHAT DOES SOVIERO ASSET MANAGEMENT, LP (THE “INVESTMENT MANAGER”) DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

How does the Investment Manager protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law.  These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

How does the Investment Manager collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you

•     Open an account

•     Give us your income information

•     Give us your contact information

•     Make deposits or withdrawals from your account

•     Fill out and return a Subscription Agreement

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

§      sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness

§      affiliates from using your information to market to you

§      sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Definitions

 

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

§ The Investment Manager and Soviero Advisors, LLC are affiliated financial companies.

§ The Investment Manager is the investment manager of Soviero Partners, LP, Soviero Offshore Fund, Ltd. and Soviero Master Fund, LP.

§ Soviero Advisors, LLC is the general partner of Soviero Partners, LP and Soviero Master Fund, LP.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

§    The Investment Manager does not share with nonaffiliates so that they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

§    The Investment Manager does not jointly market.

Other important information

 

As described above, we may disclose information we collect from you in connection with our everyday business purposes.  Examples of our everyday business purposes include but are not limited to: account opening with a broker or custodian, processing transactions, auditing purposes and responding to, or making filings with, any regulatory authorities, court orders or legal investigations.
